Do you offer a warranty on musical instruments and electronics?
Yes, all products purchased from Turramurra Music come with a full manufacturer's warranty. We also provide additional support for repairs and maintenance through our authorized service centers.
What is your return policy for online purchases?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that certain items like earphones, software, and sheet music cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and copyright laws.
Can I click and collect my order from the store?
Absolutely. You can select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout. You will receive an email notification as soon as your gear is ready for collection at our Turramurra showroom.
