With a best-in-class self-noise of just 13 dB(A) and the ability to handle a staggering 155 dB SPL without distortion, the CC8-SC offers outstanding clarity and an impressive dynamic range. Its focused supercardioid pickup pattern ensures precise isolation of the source while minimizing bleed from surrounding instruments. A subtle roll-off in the highs and lows helps tame harsh overtones and stage rumble at the source – giving engineers a cleaner signal and more creative freedom in the mix.
