This easy-to-install design allows the microphone to deliver a clean uninterrupted signal while providing the freedom to leave the condenser microphone in position during transport of the drum. Installation is as easy as removing and re-inserting 4 hardware screws on the interior of the drum shell. The Kelly SHU FLATZ™ does not require drilling or modification of the drum shell for installation.
